Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to retail customers only; trade terms can
be found in the appropriate section. It will be assumed that any customer placing
an order has read the terms and conditions below.

All prices include VAT. £3.00 postage will be added to all orders under £14.99. Goods will be despatched using the Royal Mail 1st Class service.

Goods should be examined immediately on delivery and claims for damages MUST be notified
within 72 HOURS of delivery and a claim reference obtained.

The claim reference must be quoted in all subsequent correspondence or no credits
will be issued.

Legal ownership remains with Clare Davis Designs UK until the order is paid for in
full.

No goods must be returned to Clare Davis Designs without previous consent.

Due to the hand-painted nature of our products, colour and design will vary slightly.

Any date for delivery stated by the Clare Davis Designs constitutes an estimate only
and the Company shall not accept liability whatsoever for any loss incurred by the
Customer arising indirectly or directly from delay or failure of delivery however
caused.

Clare Davis Designs reserves the right to charge the Customer for all costs incurred
on cancelled orders.

The contract between Clare Davis Designs UK and the Customer for the supply of goods
or services, which includes these conditions, shall be governed and shall take effect
in accordance with the laws of England.
